HIRING: Full Time Sales Development Representative/Outbound (SDR) (m/f/x)

We are looking for a rock star Sales Development Representative/Outbound (SDR) to identify and create new qualified sales opportunities for our Sales Account Executives. This will include prospecting outbound activity, cold-calling prospects and qualifying active interest. SDR’s conduct business in a way that builds credibility and trust – setting the stage for winning new business.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join our team, if desired remotely, of an exciting SaaS company based in Austria (Graz & Vienna).

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience (preferably international)
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory)
  • Ability to thrive within a competitive, goal-driven company
  • Self-starter with the ability to positively contribute to a congenial, start-up environment
  • Must have: Hunter mentality
  • Eligible to work in the EU

Your responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold-calling, and emailing
  • Qualify prospects in terms of their needs, goals, and business environment
  • Coordinate to improve sales strategies and qualify sales leads
  • Track all activities through our CRM (HubSpot) and create a weekly report on industry trends, pipeline, and conversation highlights

The minimum salary for this position is € 2.556 gross on a full-time basis (14x) acc. § 15 I. (11) ST1 acc. the Collective Agreement for Information Technology and IT Workers (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in der Datenverarbeitung und IT). We offer a competitive performance related bonus.
