How to share your screen or a document
Want to know how to share your screen or a document during a video meeting? Let me show you. First of all, the viable browsers for this feature are only Google Chrome and Firefox. If you are using other browsers, your screen won't show up.
How to share your screen or a presentation using eyeson
After you have started your eyeson video call, on your lower left-hand side, you can choose between the two options: Share screen or share PDF and image. For example, if you'd like to show a document or a webpage, start a full-screen share. That way, you can provide a better overview. Go back to your call page, click "stop" to end screen sharing. Now, upload your favored PDF or image just by Drag & Dropping. After you have done so, eyeson offers you a preview. Press "present," and in the lower -right corner of the screen, you can find a toolbar.
You can reposition and adjust your self-view on the presentation screen. With the pencil, you have the option to mark and write things on the image or PDF in different colors. With the bin button, you can delete that. You can also rotate the image or PDF. The little arrow at the end of the toolbar lets you shrink or expand it. Again, click "stop" to end this feature.
Note that after you confirmed your screen-share, other participants will see exactly what you see on your screen. So, in case you need to open PowerPoint Presentation, you can also do so while screen sharing. You just need to open a presentation on your computer and press "play".
